I'm a senior executive with over 30 years of experience working at the intersection of business strategy, innovation, and people development. Currently, I hold the position of CIO at Plano & Plano (PLPL3), a major real estate and construction developer in Brazil, with 67 projects underway. With an MBA from Ohio University, my career is deeply guided by an "Educator-Leader" mindset. In addition, I am a certified board member, host of the "C-Talks" leadership podcast, an active mentor for young professionals, and founder of the C-Level TICS Brazil ecosystem, which brings together more than 1,300 IT executives. Passionate about fostering global innovation, I have also had the honor of serving as a judge for the NASA Space Apps Challenge in Brazil. Throughout my career, my mission has been to transform IT from a traditional cost center into a powerful revenue generator and business driver.
