Brief Biography

Graduated from the University of Dhaka with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, followed by an MBA in Marketing from the same institution.

An accomplished IT and business leader with over two decades of experience in ERP implementation, digital transformation, and corporate strategy. He began his career in 2001 at BEXIMCO, serving as a Database Programmer. In 2002, he joined Otobi Limited as Chief Information Officer, where he spent nearly eight years overseeing technology strategy and implementing enterprise solutions including SAP and CRM systems. In 2010, he joined Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited, serving as General Manager – IT before rising to Chief Information Officer, leading large-scale SAP and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. In 2022, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BTCL,driving strategic planning and growth.

Achievements

Spearheaded enterprise-wide SAP module deployments at Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd., enhancing organizational performance. Led SAP rollout at JNBL and directed migration of SAP SoH. Oversaw MatrixERP, CRM, and MAP solutions at Otobi Limited. Developed custom sales, payroll, and distribution modules. Pioneered SaaS adoption including Salesforce, Lead Management System, Painter App, Dealer Portal, and Vendor Portal, optimizing sales operations and customer engagement.
