Brief Biography
Ramin Hashimzade is a senior technology executive in the banking and fintech sector with nearly two decades of experience leading enterprise technology, digital transformation, and platform modernization. He started his career as a software developer in banking operations and progressed into senior leadership roles across software engineering, architecture, and IT management. Over the years, he has led IT departments, software development centers, and strategic transformation programs across major financial institutions in Azerbaijan. Currently, he serves as CTO of the Fintech vertical within Bir Ecosystem, which brings together financial, shopping, payment, and other digital services in one integrated ecosystem. In this role, he leads technology strategy, platform modernization, integration architecture, process automation, and operational resilience to support scalable growth and long-term business value.
