Since joining Omnia Holdings, Peter Robb has transformed IT from a basic operational unit into a strategic, value-driving function with global impact. He refreshed the IT operating model, introduced a team charter, elevated service levels, and embedded IT Service Management to professionalise delivery. Under his leadership, Omnia migrated to a modern ERP, rearchitected its technology stack around Data, Integration, and AI, and resolved longstanding data centre and cybersecurity risks.
