Currently Chief Innovation Officer & Security Advisor at Conversys IT Solutions, he previously served as Director of Technology at XP Inc., leading critical infrastructure and the Banco Modal integration. His career includes executive leadership at Aviva, Inter, Banco Modal, and Callink.
A two-time Top 100 Influential IT Executive in Brazil and three-time Innovation Leader winner, Edgar was also named IT Executive of the Year by IT Mídia. Specializing in AI, cloud, and DevSecOps, he prioritizes cultural transformation over pure code.
