Helio Matsumoto is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and innovation across financial services, retail, healthcare, and consumer goods. He currently serves as Regional CTO for Latin America at Rimini Street, helping global enterprises modernize technology platforms and accelerate business transformation.

Throughout his career, Helio has held CIO and senior technology leadership roles at organizations such as Sicredi, Grupo Fleury, C&A, and Buscapé. He has led enterprise-wide transformations, implemented Agile operating models at scale, and modernized critical technology platforms supporting tens of thousands of employees across multiple countries.

Earlier, as an Expert Partner at Bain & Company, he advised global companies on technology strategy, digital innovation, and operating model transformation.

Led large-scale digital transformation programs across financial services, retail, healthcare, and consumer goods. Implemented Agile at scale supporting more than 200 squads, modernized enterprise platforms through cloud adoption, and delivered major ERP and digital initiatives across multiple countries.
