Brief Biography

David Jenkins is an executive leader with 30 years of experience driving growth across both traditional finance and the digital asset economy. He currently serves as Founder and CEO of XIO Innovation, a venture studio specializing in commercializing and building high impact fintech, digital asset, and consumer technology platforms.
Within traditional finance, David has held prominent executive roles including CPTO at Pepperstone Group, Head of Technology & Operations at Frontier Advisors, and senior leadership positions at Liquidnet, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg. His expertise spans global retail brokerage platforms, managing extensive technology operations, and pioneering market connectivity while based in NY, London and Hong Kong.
David is currently leading initiatives for Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization and stablecoins at leading Australian whole broker, Openmarkets Group.

Achievements

Managed and optimized a A$300 million technology and operations budget with 400 direct reports across six countries.
Launched a trading application in over 35 countries.
