Education:
2005 – "Telecommunication Systems" – Military Academy of the RB.
2009 – "Information Systems Software" – Vitebsk State University named after P.M. Masherov.
Most significant projects:
2019 – 2026 – modernization of IT infrastructure and integration of cybersecurity into IT processes of the National Bank of the RB, the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the RB, JSC "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange", JSC "Banking Processing Center".
2020 – organization of information security of the Financial Messaging System of the Bank of Russia for the purpose of implementation in the RB.
2023 – creation of the "digitalization office" of the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of the RB from scratch.
2024 – 2025 – development of information systems "Price Analysis" and "Accounting for Outdoor Advertising Tools" within the framework of the digital development of the RB.
2026 – ensuring cybersecurity of the Belkart payment system.
Achievements
2019 – 2020 – implementation of 15 information systems of the National Bank of the RB.
Since 2021 – expert assistance to enterprises in the real sector of the RB economy in the implementation of IT projects, digital transformation, and information security (IS).
Since 2022 – development of a unique retraining program aimed at eliminating the shortage of workers in the IT and IS sectors. Conducting courses at the Belarusian State University.
Since 2024 – implementation of neural networks and artificial intelligence in information systems.
