Brief Biography
He began his career in the cellular communications industry, advancing from intern to head of the network operations department. Along the way, he mastered data acquisition, processing, and decision-making. He then transitioned to roles such as anti-fraud manager and fintech product lead at Beeline Kyrgyzstan.
Seeking new challenges, he became the head of the project office at a Commercial Bank in Kyrgyzstan. In this role, he coordinated the launch of strategic digital services, aiding the Bank's transformation into the First Digital Bank. Key projects included virtual VISA cards, Google Pay, IP telephony replacement for the contact center, and mobile and internet banking for businesses.
He emphasizes fostering a data-driven culture, supports the corporate data warehouse project, and is a key beneficiary of this initiative within the Bank.
Achievements
Launch of 3G/4G networks in the country.
Implementation of RAN sharing, DPI, SMS AntiSpam Firewall.
Establishment of anti-fraud departments in two operators, incl. fraud management system.
Obtaining a Payment System license. Development of the fintech platform Balance.KG and achieving self-sustainability
