He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a Master of Business Administration  and multiple professional certifications from leading institutions.

Throughout his career, Alaa has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology strategy with business objectives to drive operational excellence, security, and innovation. He oversees all IT domains supporting restaurant and corporate operations, ensuring always-on, resilient systems in a demanding 24/7 QSR environment.
