Brief Biography
With over 35 years of experience in the IT industry, I am a seasoned leader and a certified business transformation consultant. As the CIO of Sony Pictures Networks India, I am responsible for building and delivering the technology roadmap that supports our business ambitions and creates value for our customers and stakeholders. I have successfully led the digital transformation of the organization on the four pillars of BODG – Business Outcomes, Operational Productivity, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Governance. I have also launched award-winning products and solutions in various domains, such as human capital management, total quality management, and video streaming. I have expertise in cognitive, big data, and analytics solutions on enterprise tech platforms, and I have cultivated strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Achievements
As Chief Information Officer (CIO) my primary responsibility is to build and deliver the technology roadmap on which we can drive our business ambitions. Digital transformation is the key driver for future-proofing our business capabilities built of digitally driven business models.
To drive the transformation, I set up the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) in 2020. Its mandate was to co-design technology-enabled solutions and capabilities along with business teams in line with SPN’s strategic priorities.
