Brief Biography
Born in Marseille, Séb graduated in Administration with a post-graduation in Supply Chain Management in 1999 and a MBA in Tech and Leadership in 2021 in São Paulo. In March 2024, he obtained a certificate in AI from MIT.
An IT professional with over 24 years of experience, he began his career in Logistics at Maersk, quickly moving to IT,as IT analyst at Decathlon for 10 years, including 2.5 years in Brazil as a project manager. He then spent 12 years at Leroy Merlin in São Paulo, progressing from Application IT Manager to Functional Director. Since Sept. 2022, he has been the CIO at Obramax.
Throughout his career, Séb has led major IT and retail transformation programs, including SAP ERP, WMS, HR, e-commerce, POS, and sales solutions. His focus is on trust management, people development, fostering collaboration between IT and business to achieve operational excellence and innovation.
