Brief Biography
Richard Corbridge is the Director General for Digital at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). He’s responsible for technology and data across the entire estate and leads over 4,500 talented colleagues supporting the most vulnerable people in the UK through the application of many different digital solutions.
Achievements
- Led the digital transformation of clinical research in the UK.
- Agreed and delivered the digital strategy for the Irish healthcare system.
- Delivered three year on year improvement in sales at Walgreens Boots Alliance moving digital revenue from less than 5% to over 20%.
- Delivered the first Gen AI tools to 800 job centres across the UK.
- Supported three start-ups as non-Executive from idea to major provider.
