Tatiana is a technology executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience leading innovation, digital transformation and technology strategy across Brazil, the United States and Europe. Throughout their career, they have led large-scale initiatives in ERP modernization, software engineering, infrastructure and digital products in organizations such as TOTVS, Pitney Bowes, Galderma and Catupiry.
Today, they are the founder and CEO of LUXTIA, where they focus on helping companies transform business operations through applied artificial intelligence and intelligent agents. They are also committed to developing future technology leaders and advancing women’s presence in STEM.
