Brief Biography

Stanislav Vylkov is a curious builder and pragmatic IT innovator with 20+ years leading CIO/CTO agendas across Central Asia, Ukraine and the UK. He began as a software developer and systems engineer, then progressed into regional operations and digital transformation leadership for global FMCG, telecom and pharma businesses. Named Best CIO Ukraine 2018, he is known for turning complex change into simple, reliable outcomes. After leading technology operations in the UK & Ireland and serving as CIO for KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia, he is now IT&BI Director (CIO) at RG Brands, building Data Lakehouse platforms, transparent BI, and practical AI that improves decision‑making. He holds an MBA in Innovation & Project Management and completed executive learning in Europe
