Brief Biography
I have 24 years of experience in Information Technology management leading people, projects and budgets, 17 of which are in leadership positions as an IT executive. On this journey, I worked with the purpose of consultative IT aimed at expanding capacity and performance for the business, providing simplification, process optimization and respectively cost optimization and investments. I have significant experience and results in IT department reorganization, people management, IT project management, ERP implementation, IOT, artificial intelligence, RPA, process optimization, data analysis and monitoring and IT resources management. In all these actions, I always worked in partnership with the administrative, financial and operations departments in the search for joint actions to achieve better results. All of this always thinking about building an ecosystem to improve business solutions.
Achievements
As leader of the company's technology area, I led a team of IT professionals to support manufacturing units in several states in Brazil. The work encompasses IT resource management, support for the company's digital transformation, budget management in partnership with other C-Levels, and management of manufacturing technological resources, with the COO.
