Noor us Samad

Noor‑us‑Samad is a seasoned technology leader with 28 years of experience in IT operations, SAP consulting, enterprise sales, and large‑scale digital transformation.
He currently serves as Chief Information Officer at Thal Limited, a leading company of the House of Habib, where he is responsible for IT strategy, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and operational excellence.
He began his career at Siemens Pakistan in 1998, progressing through SAP consulting, project management, and sales leadership roles. During his tenure, he led major SAP implementations in the automotive and oil & gas sectors and contributed to expanding SAP’s presence in local and international markets.

Noor‑us‑Samad is internationally recognized for his contributions to digital transformation and cybersecurity. He has received the World Champion Award and multiple Legend Category Awards (2022–2025) from the Global CIO 200 Forum. In 2024, he was recognized by the CISO Global Forum for excellence in information security. He was also nominated in the Book of Titans (2023 and 2025), which features leading CIOs from over 50 countries.
