Brief Biography
Assem Bolatzhan is the Managing Director of Kazpost JSC and a recipient of the "Woman in Tech of the Year" award. She has also been honored with the Aru Ana award by the Head of State for her contributions to innovative media. Assem is the founder of the Qazaq IT Community and leads the Women in Tech Kazakhstan Chapter. She co-founded the podcast school-studio I’Media.
Since early 2023, Assem has headed the digital office at Kazpost. She spent seven years as the Executive Director of the First Credit Bureau and served as an Advisor to the Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan for two years. Assem is a member of the ICT, Education, and Innovation Committee at the Presidium of NCE RK "Atameken."
