Shadi Kalthoom

Shadi J. Kalthoom is a Saudi technology executive with over 14 years of experience in IT governance, digital transformation, and telecom services. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Osoul Modern Finance, leading SAMA IT governance alignment, cybersecurity enhancement, BCP execution, and digital platform expansion. Previously, he was IT Manager at National Finance House and Bin Yaala Exchange, driving IT strategy, cloud adoption, and service management maturity, and winning the Global CIO Award 2024. He began his career in IT support and development, later spending eight years at SAUDIA leading telecom and network projects. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in IT.
