Luciano Santos da Silva is a Brazilian technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, much of it in leadership roles within large and multinational organizations. Currently serving as CIO of a nonprofit healthcare institution in Brazil that supports over 70,000 beneficiaries, he leads technology, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving healthcare quality and operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, Luciano has built and led high-performance teams, driving innovation in healthcare technology, cybersecurity, and data analytics. His work includes the award-winning “Sentinela de Exames” initiative, recognized by GlobalCIO as the best Healthcare project of the year. He is interested in the strategic application of emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to improve prevention and patient outcomes.
