Jit Wei Tan

Born in 1984, Jit Wei is the Chief Technology Officer at MAMEE-Double Decker, ASEAN’s most iconic FMCG company with products enjoyed worldwide through brands such as Mr. Potato and Mamee Monster. He holds a B.Sc. in Computing with First Class Honours from Staffordshire University and began his career in technology consulting with Accenture, building a strong foundation in enterprise technology and transformation leadership.
Jit Wei joined MAMEE in 2019 as Director of IT, where he led the group’s technology strategy and transformation agenda. His leadership, business alignment and execution capability earned the trust of the management and was appointed as CTO in 2022. Beyond MAMEE, he also served in the Malaysia’ss SAP User Group (MYSUG), representing local customer voices in Malaysia.

Jit Wei has delivered multi‑million‑dollar initiatives, including a successful SAP S/4HANA migration that improved decision‑making and enabled 25% faster time‑to‑market, a critical advantage in the FMCG sector. The programme won the SAP Customer Excellence Award in 2025. He also led cloud‑smart infrastructure modernisation, achieving 99.9% system availability, 20% cost optimisation, and speedier release cycles. Under his leadership, MAMEE also won HR Asia’s Digital Transformation Awards in 2023.

As a CTO, Jit Wei demonstrates strong cloud-smart, AI-first digital leadership, driving enterprise-wide transformation with deep understanding of manufacturing operations. His competencies span across SAP S/4HANA modernisation, applied AI for decision intelligence and automation, and resilient cloud platforms.
