Teamwork is the foundation of successful projects and initiatives. In the modern world, it is especially important, because most tasks cannot be solved alone. Evgenia Borsch, Director of Culture and Leadership at Lemana PRO, spoke about the basic principles that will make it strong and effective at the training for CIO and IT teams "Principles of Team Interaction". An expert with 20 years of experience in HR in various fields - from retail and wholesale to manufacturing and IT. Evgenia spent 15 years in the management of a large company. For the last 10 years, she has been working as a practicing ICF coach with Level 2 certification. She is also a certified trainer for the "Motivational Drivers Sisem" model and a trainer in Seda Kasparova's "Voice Can" project.
