The imperative for most project decisions is the simplicity and clarity of the logic of calculation, reporting and analytics for business leaders.

The need to provide shareholders and top management of the company with operational information about the effectiveness of all major business processes and operations at once. The goal was achieved with the help of convenient mobile and desktop analytical tools (dashboards), reflecting operational information with a minimum delay from the moment it is stored in source systems.

In order to eliminate management errors, it was necessary to implement a fully automatic solution for data quality control based on business rules.

It was important to provide shareholders and top management of the company with visual analytical tools to access all information 24/7 from anywhere in the world from any available device.

The uniqueness of the project

The uniqueness lies in the fact that the project has created not only a technological platform, but also a business practice of operational business analysis, as well as the possibility of communication integration of departments using a mobile analytical platform.

At the same time, a light mobile interactive interface, a powerful data quality management system and an automated comparison system for management and accounting were developed. This approach made it possible to provide a convenient communication basis for business management, and the necessary transparency of the origin of data, which created confidence in the new management system.

This approach made it possible to immediately provide shareholders and top management with a comprehensive picture of the state of the enterprise. At the same time, the data model can subsequently be detailed, providing tools to other levels of company management.

The developed solution allowed the company's management to obtain information on the commercial effectiveness of all business operations within the framework of a plan / factual analysis with allocation to various levels of analytics (CFD, products, transactions, etc.) based on information from management P&L, management and accounting records.
