15 developers from India, Romania, China and Malaysia worked with the project to develop solutions. In the Russian office, 4 people worked on the project. The total number of man hours is more than 36,000 per year.
Project Description

The RGM (Revenue Growth Management) project is the new philosophy of BAT. This is the union of the financial department, research department, IT, marketing and sales departments to create a single ecosystem for finding opportunities to automate processes and maximize profits. The project is built around a colossal amount of input data that has been processed and fed into multiple streams with solutions that are divided into descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.

Together with such a division, the company took the path of optimizing business processes, as well as creating a development center for the needs of departments, thus both creating a general solution outline and adding special separate programs for tasks.
