Year of project completion
2023
Project timeline
March, 2022 - March, 2023
Project scope
3 automated workstations
Goals
Safety of the bird. Prevent the death of the incubation egg, parent herd and broilers.
These objectives are achieved through:
1. Provide a convenient tool for monitoring the condition of poultry houses/incubators to the operator
2. Simplify the online enclosure monitoring process by displaying data for all sites from disparate systems in one window.
3. Increasing the chances of detecting accidents
4. Simplification of accident detection
5. Automation of weekly and analytical reporting

Project Results
The introduction of dispatching reduces the number of accidents related to power outages, flooding of buildings, as well as failure/incorrect operation of climatic equipment.
Reduction of staff response time in case of an incident: from 30 minutes to 5 minutes.
The number of recorded losses for two years (before and after) was as follows:
In incubators:
- 67,000 head - 2022;
- 25,000 heads - 2023.
To the aviaries:
- 22,460 goals - for 2022;
- 1,850 goals - for 2023.

The uniqueness of the project

High degree of adaptability to any technological equipment (for integration and data acquisition on dashboard)
Ability to replicate the main solution to new facilities
In addition, I would like to note the uniqueness in terms of the global goal of the product: «Dispatching» will allow us to come to the implementation of the strategy «The largest agro-holding of the country, changing the idea of the industry of the Agro-industrial complex».

Used software

- Industry-specific farm management systems

- Climate and environment controller

- Auxiliary - database management system Postgres, VueJS frontend framework, Docker containerization

- The software is accessed through a simple web-based user interface without any installation.
Difficulty of implementation
- Integration with Legacy Systems;
- Difficulties in cooperation with suppliers of technological equipment for integration work
