The project aims to implement AI transformation as a key tool to achieve efficiency, increased productivity, more accurate information, and ultimately the ability to make decisions based on AI consolidation.
There are great expectations regarding the sustainability of the company by using AI as a co-pilot to assist in our daily routines.
In the long term, this project will elevate us to a new level of efficiency, and in the short term, it will give us a competitive edge by enabling better decisions through AI.

The uniqueness of the project
The project is unique because it defines a top-down approach, starting with building an AI culture in this amazing sequence: 1ª Board 2ªExecutive Level 3ª Manager and finally 4ª Staffs, about this workshop, webinar and training conducted for KPMG, we had a period of 30 days for collect the best idea to implement AI.
In parallel, we created an AI Committee, which includes all directors and some C-level executives of the company. The AI initiatives were selected based on their expected ROI.
