Difficulty of implementation

Implementing the chatbot posed several challenges, particularly in real-time processing and feedback generation. Ensuring seamless interaction between Natural Language Processing (NLP) and AI algorithms without introducing latency was critical. Integrating multiple technologies, such as OpenAI for NLP and Pinecone for vector storage, required careful orchestration to maintain performance.

Scalability was another challenge, especially with cloud infrastructure. Azure Functions and serverless architecture helped address this, but managing concurrent users without performance degradation was a key focus. Ensuring security and data privacy, particularly when integrating with existing CRM systems, added complexity. Despite these hurdles, the team adopted agile methodologies, enabling rapid iteration and resolution of technical challenges.
