The uniqueness of the project

Different from other regions, LATAM have large complexity on taxes systems and different Invoicing stamping tools that we have to integrate to in order to be able to accomplish global standardization on Invoicing systems.
Used software
Damarel Systems (FindNet Billing) is the global tool being rolled out in the 60 countries Swissport operates (15 countries in LATAM) and we interfaced that with 9 different ERP's (TOTVS RM in BR, Softland In Chile, Genesys in Peru, AdminPAQ in Mexico, SAP and others) additionally to all the different taxes authorities and Invoicing stamping tools across Latin America countries.
Difficulty of implementation
Deal with different complex taxes systems and different ERP's vendors. Language barrier to connect those different technical teams as well was a big challenge.
