Tapal tea is now up-to-date and has the latest technology in place. It has been an exceptional year for our technology initiatives. Our commitment to staying up-to-date with technology has been unwavering, and we now have reliable, sustainable, and scalable technology at Tapal (Alhumdolillah).These projects have significantly enhanced our technology landscape, making us one of the top organizations running the latest version of all technologies over the cloud. We have also bid farewell to key components like SAP on-premise, IBM hardware, Datacenter, and PABx.

When we started this year, we had a clear idea of certain challenges that we would need to cope with:- Our core business application SAP had been outdated for six versions.- Our hardware had been out of warranty and not future-proof.- Most of the services we were providing were without any data footprints.- Continuous evolving of security threats, especially ransomware.- Lack of widely used collaboration tools for future-proofing and better coordination with our business partners like vendors and customers.- We were using some technology components that were out of date and, in some cases, obsolete.
With utmost priority, we have upgraded these systems and processes.
