- Project Description
-
The automated information system "Infodocs" is an end-to-end solution comprising software and databases designed to automate electronic document management for users. This includes both documents received from external sources and those created by users within the system, including all its structural divisions.
The “Infodocs” system uses a cloud electronic signature when signing an electronic document by an authorized employee. Infodocs users can easily and quickly renew their cloud certificates with just one click. Employee data verification occurs automatically in the Automated Human Resource Management Information System “e-Kyzmat”
The main purpose of the electronic document management system is to automate key processes related to document management.
Specific goals include:
Automation of Document Creation and Processing: Simplifying the steps involved in drafting, revising, and finalizing documents.
Registration and Accounting: Ensuring accurate tracking and management of all documents within the system.
Control and Monitoring: Implementing mechanisms for oversight of document status, including submissions, approvals, and task completions.
Storage and Retrieval: Providing secure and efficient access to archived documents while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
