Project Results

1. Up to 9000 + User Acceptance Test Cases validated through JIRA.

1. Organize well carried out “Change Management” meetings as series

Air Cargo Revenue Management (ACRM) product is a Machine Learning based R&D product, developed for over 3 years beginning in early 2021 and went online with Phase-1 in 2022 and Phase-2 in 2024. ACRM has suggestion algorithms that will provide benefits far beyond its examples in the sector, is integrated with all sales channels, it can also manage all sales processes such as pricing, network, capacity, contract management in parallel with optimization support to maximize system contribution, ant it is a technology product that directly affects sales force automation with its demand & capacity forecast and dynamic pricing engine.

This innovation product stands out from its competitors and stands out in terms of both its future-oriented and innovative features when compared to examples in the sector and its direct contributions to company outputs.

Main features:

The AI-powered Air Cargo Revenue Management system responds to cargo demand and capacity changes in real time, while creating optimal price offers by taking into account market dynamics and capacity efficiency.

It provides revenue increase at the network level with its flight and product-based dynamic pricing structure.

ACRM offers affordable prices for early reservations through demand management, while providing capacity for urgent reservations.

In the Air Cargo Revenue Management system, dynamic prices created with machine learning support can be viewed via the sales portal and spots can be easily created based on these prices.

It facilitates overbook management with capacity (show-up) estimation.

It increases customer satisfaction by responding to demands faster with digitalized sales processes.

During the allotment process, regular long-term traffic can be managed with optimization.

During the contract management process, optimized fees can be viewed and managed based on demand management, market data and agency groupings.

It digitizes sales processes thanks to direct integration into global sales channels and reservation systems.

With the calendar sales feature, flight and product based dynamic prices can be displayed instantly in the TK GO system and the customer can quickly make a reservation.

Project Description
Development of a software product that will enable short, medium and long-term forecasting to strengthen the decision-making mechanism of Turkish Cargo sales activities, and predict the cargo capacity to be realized based on flight segment and the O&D and cargo demand based on flight segment for cargo aircraft.
