    Used software
    1C:Enterprise 8.3. Accounting for Kazakhstan
    Microsoft Windows Server
    Microsoft SQL Server

    Difficulty of implementation

There were no technical problems during the project implementation.

At the initial stage of the project, it was difficult to draw up the terms of reference for the development, as different divisions of the company pursued different project goals. Sometimes these goals contradicted each other.

Once the terms of reference were formed, the work intensified.

At the stage of test operation, the company's employees paid more attention to the system's service capabilities than to solving accounting tasks.
