The uniqueness of the project

Difficulty of implementation
The analysis showed that a number of ministries do not have a database of land plots occupied for the needs of their industries. These layers are necessary to automate the reconciliation of overlays on plots for issuance to subsurface users. Now this work is done manually through official letters requesting information.
Project Description

The portal at minerals.e-qazyna.kz is designed to facilitate access to geological and subsoil use information in Kazakhstan. Users can view geological data, apply for exploration or mining licenses, and participate in auctions for mineral resource rights. It also includes an interactive map for locating mineral deposits and managing exploration data, making it a useful tool for both government entities and private companies involved in resource management.

The Unified mining platform makes it easier for investors to access the necessary geological information, automates the provision of public services, the issuance of licenses, reporting, as well as participation in auctions to obtain the right to explore and develop deposits, including making payments through an electronic wallet.
