In the current scenario, the volume of documents received for analysis and validation has become unfeasible without the help of technology that can only be achieved through AI, since we need to perform a complete verification to ensure compliance with labor laws. To do this, we depended on a team that was being dedicated to entirely manual document verification tasks. By applying AI, we were able to overcome this major challenge, offering Emccamp a competitive edge to accelerate returns for business owners and free up professionals to focus on strategic activities.
The implementation of AI made it possible to optimize security and agility in the document analysis process, minimizing the need for manual work. In addition, the project eliminated the operation of two different systems, centralizing the sending and analysis of documents in a single system, which also improves the workflow and simplifies the process.
Another benefit was the agility in payment to business owners, since the analysis feedback occurs more quickly, facilitating the time needed to release payments. This improvement directly impacts the productivity of the work, as it helps to prevent the loss of employees by business owners due to financial delays.
The uniqueness of the project
The unique feature of this project is the application of artificial intelligence to accelerate the process of validating labor documents for contractors (FGTS, DCTFWeb, Folha Analítica, among others) between Emccamp and suppliers. This technology enables intelligent process automation, bringing innovation to the analysis and processing stages, ensuring greater efficiency, precision and agility, in addition to significantly reducing the need for manual intervention and enhancing the results obtained.

Applying AI to the corporate world is challenging, as it is a recent technology and companies are still in the process of adapting. In our case, the challenge was to develop an innovative and reliable solution that directly meets Emccamp's needs, offering consistent results.
To achieve this, we applied AI training to accurately read and interpret a wide variety of documents, considering different models, terminologies and standards. The system was improved to adapt to different types of files, ensuring that the process is fast, accurate and agile in all scenarios.
