In this project, our first step involved gathering all requirements from tender Request for Proposals (RFPs) and customers. Simultaneously, we analyzed how well our current products aligned with the expected results. The next challenge was to integrate multiple standalone products into a single, cohesive unit for increased effectiveness. Throughout this process, we were mindful of avoiding scope creep—ensuring that we managed expectations while staying abreast of new technologies and trends. Given that TAMS (Total Airport Management Suite) is a continuously evolving product, defining a comprehensive scope to achieve our goals has proven to be the most challenging aspect of the project life cycle.
