The main goal of the project was the functional replacement of a customized accounting program based on the Chinese system with "1C:ERP. Holding Management".
The implemented system should not only perform existing business processes, but also expand the scope of their automation, fully support operational and financial activities, and ensure the reliability and transparency of accounting. - Project Results

The uniqueness of the project
- The management of the end-to-end chain of operational circuit processes has been set up.
- The procurement workstation has been developed – a single window for the purchaser.
- The 1C:ERP. Holding Management interface has been translated into Chinese. More than 600,000 elements have been translated.
- The technology for reflecting the release by employees of production sites in real time has been implemented, which has made it possible to promptly track the release of finished products and more effectively manage customer orders.

Foshan BIG Climatic Manufacture is a full-cycle plant for the production of climate control equipment. The company's product line includes convectors, water heaters, fan heaters, air humidifiers, industrial fans, air purifiers, and hand dryers.
At the start of the project, the following IT architecture was deployed at the enterprise:
- Chinese accounting system - for operational and accounting;
- Excel - for management accounting, treasury.

Paper journals and forms - for maintaining quality control processes and batches in the warehouse.
- Reference data and integration management. Reference data such as counterparties, nomenclature, resource specifications, and fixed assets were transferred.
- Sales management. An end-to-end process of working with the client was organized from sales planning to production and shipment of finished products. The features of pricing and contract management with clients have been taken into account.
- Procurement management. The processes of procurement planning based on production plans (for a period of up to 12 months) before forming orders to suppliers have been implemented. The processes of managing purchases, deliveries and settlements with suppliers have been implemented.
- Production management and dispatching. The process of production planning, forming orders for production according to the plan and production stages according to them has been implemented. The functions of providing materials and releasing finished and semi-finished products have been worked out. Various specialized automated workstations have been developed to collect the fact of fulfilling production tasks in all workshops, including on conveyors.
- Warehouse logistics management. Schemes for forming orders by departments for processing the acceptance and shipment of goods from warehouses have been worked out. The use of TSD and address storage has been implemented.
- Management accounting. The process of maintaining management accounting has been implemented.
- Salaries and personnel management. The maintenance of personnel and payroll records has been set up according to the forms and methodology laid down in 1C, taking into account the specifics of the legislation of the PRC.
- Quality management. Incoming inspection of materials at the enterprise has been implemented, as well as quality management in production.
