The main goal of the ELDIK mobile banking project is to make modern financial services accessible to everyone, regardless of location or social status. As a state-owned bank, ELDIK focuses on social inclusion and equal opportunities by bringing digital banking to people in remote and hard-to-reach regions, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups. Through digitalization, we aim to simplify everyday financial interactions, promote financial literacy, and empower citizens to manage their money safely and conveniently — all from their mobile devices. Our mission is to ensure that technology serves people and improves their quality of life.

Project Results
Since its launch, the ELDIK mobile banking app has reached over 500,000 users and continues to grow rapidly. The platform has expanded access to financial services for people in remote areas, senior citizens, and vulnerable groups. Customers can perform fast and secure transfers via Visa and Mastercard Money Send, SWIFT international payments, and pay government services directly from the app. Integrated payments, loans, deposits, card and account management, and personalized templates have made everyday financial operations simpler and more convenient. By combining technology with social impact, ELDIK has enhanced financial literacy, strengthened trust in digital banking, and empowered users to take control of their finances — creating an inclusive, user-friendly platform that bridges citizens and the digital economy.

Difficulty of implementation
Implementing the ELDIK mobile banking project posed significant challenges due to its scale and social mission. Reaching users in remote and hard-to-access regions required building reliable digital infrastructure and ensuring stable connectivity. Designing an app that is intuitive for elderly users, people with disabilities, and first-time digital users demanded extensive user testing and accessibility considerations. Integrating a wide range of services — from CORE banking systems to government services — while maintaining high security and regulatory compliance added additional complexity. Despite these challenges, careful planning, strong technical expertise, and a user-focused approach allowed the project to succeed and grow rapidly.

The app already provides customers with secure and seamless access to essential financial services — remote identification, account opening, payments and transfers, loans and deposits, card and account management, and personalized templates for recurring transactions. Each function is designed to be intuitive and accessible, ensuring that even first-time digital users can confidently manage their finances.

Building on this foundation, ELDIK is now evolving into a super app — an integrated digital platform that combines financial tools with everyday services. In the next phase, users will be able to access not only traditional banking but also services such as utility payments, mobile top-ups, ticket purchases, travel and insurance products, investment tools, and government-related digital services — all within one app. The goal is to create a single digital environment where users can earn, save, pay, invest, and travel without switching between different platforms. Integration with government and private partners will allow users to handle their daily needs securely and efficiently, while AI-driven personalization will help tailor offers and insights to each customer’s lifestyle.
