- The deployment of RC Assistant led to a significant rise in overall productivity by automating routine tasks and providing instant, AI-driven support across departments. - Difficulty of implementation

The implementation of RC Assistant is technically challenging due to its reliance on MCP-based servers for secure and structured communication between the AI agent and multiple enterprise systems. Since many third-party platforms do not yet provide standard MCP servers, custom MCP wrappers are being developed to bridge connectivity and manage data flow. This adds architectural complexity and demands continuous adaptation.
Moreover, the project is designed to remain cloud-agnostic, ensuring compatibility across various AI models and infrastructures rather than depending on a single provider. As more systems adopt standard MCP protocols, RC Assistant will progressively integrate them, expanding its interoperability and reducing reliance on custom connectors over time.

RC Assistant is an intelligent internal AI agent designed to streamline Royal Cyber’s day-to-day operations by integrating seamlessly with core enterprise systems such as Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Business Central, Power BI, Freshdesk, IT NOC, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365. It acts as a unified digital operations hub for employees and departments, offering both informational and actionable support in real time.
The assistant manages IT operations such as Attendance, Jira ticketing, VPN access, and service requests, as well as HR processes like leave management and onboarding. Through its role-based access controls, it ensures secure and context-aware responses across various departments.
Beyond support functions, RC Assistant empowers executives with instant, natural language access to financial and operational insights by fetching live reports from Power BI and Business Central through MLP-based prompts. Acting as a proactive co-worker, it automates repetitive tasks, enhances internal collaboration, and provides end-to-end support driving productivity, operational efficiency, and intelligent decision-making across Royal Cyber.
- Project geography
- RC Assistant is an internal global project implemented across Royal Cyber’s offices and remote teams worldwide. While core development and deployment are managed from the Pakistan and U.S. operations centers, the assistant serves employees, departments, and executives across multiple geographies. Its cloud-based architecture ensures unified access and consistent performance for all regions, supporting Royal Cyber’s globally distributed workforce.
