Goals
The ElDome project was launched by Eldik Bank OJSC to create a unified digital workspace for all employees of the bank. Its goal is to automate internal processes — from electronic document flow and HR management to task tracking and communication — within a single, secure ecosystem. The platform eliminates paper-based workflows, accelerates approvals, and ensures transparent collaboration between departments. By integrating with existing core systems such as 1C, ABS, and Active Directory, ElDome provides seamless synchronization of user data, access rights, and operational information, forming the backbone of the bank’s digital transformation.
Project Results
ElDome has enabled a full transition from fragmented paper-based workflows to an integrated electronic environment. Document approval time has decreased significantly, transparency of business processes has improved, and interdepartmental collaboration has become faster and more traceable. HR operations are now fully automated, and employees can monitor their performance indicators and internal communications in real time. Over 2,000 users across all branches actively use the platform daily, marking a major step in Eldik Bank’s digital transformation strategy.

The uniqueness of the project

ElDome stands out as an integrated corporate ecosystem specifically tailored to the operational and regulatory needs of a financial institution. Unlike standard document management or task systems, ElDome unites multiple business functions — document flow, HR, project management, communication tools, and regulatory document databases — within one platform. This approach allows departments to collaborate in real time, track approvals, and manage staff performance with full auditability. Its modular architecture supports future extensions, while its integration with national e-invoicing and banking systems ensures compliance with local legislation and Central Bank requirements.
Used software
The solution operates on the bank’s internal infrastructure, integrated with 1C, ABS, and Active Directory. It supports secure authentication, centralized document storage, and internal APIs for data exchange. The system runs in a production environment serving over 2,000 users across all branches.
Backend - Java
Frontend - React JS

Difficulty of implementation
The project’s main challenge was organizational rather than technical — overcoming user resistance to abandoning traditional paper workflows and introducing unified digital standards across departments. Additional complexity arose from integrating with multiple legacy systems (1C, ABS, AD) and ensuring compliance with information security requirements of the financial sector. Through iterative deployment, user training, and strong management support, the team successfully achieved full-scale adoption across the institution.
Project Description

ElDome is a comprehensive corporate platform designed to digitize the internal ecosystem of Eldik Bank OJSC.
Its functionality includes:
Electronic Document Management (EDM): registration, approval, routing, and signing of all types of internal and external correspondence, memos, contracts, and resolutions.
HR Module: personal files, absence tracking, automated work experience calculation, staffing plan management, and document templates for HR operations.
Task Manager (Jira-like): creation, assignment, and tracking of tasks and projects, with priorities, stages, and sprint organization.
Internal Communication: personal and group chats with visibility controls and WebSocket technology for real-time messaging.
Regulatory Document Base (NPA): structured storage of internal and governmental regulations, searchable and version-controlled.
Corporate Portal: access to news, employee KPIs, birthdays, and internal announcements, fully personalized per employee.

By combining these elements, ElDome became the bank’s central digital hub — connecting people, documents, and processes into a single operational environment.

Project geography
ElDome operates throughout the entire network of Eldik Bank OJSC, including the head office and all regional branches across Kyrgyzstan. The system provides centralized document flow, communication, and HR management tools for over 2,000 employees distributed across multiple cities. Future plans include potential expansion to subsidiary organizations and integration with interbank information platforms.
