The main goal of the project was defined as follows: "Creating an information environment (digital twin) for collecting and analyzing ideas and suggestions from company employees and third parties
Key objectives:
1. Ability to submit ideas/suggestions in 4 languages (Russian, Kazakh, and English)
2. Ability to analyze and evaluate submitted ideas/suggestions
3. Use of the 1C: Standard Subsystem Library during development
4. Use of the latest version of the 1C:Enterprise technology platform
5. Employee authorization through integration with the current HR module based on the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Kazakhstan software

The developed system allows for the collection and analysis of incoming ideas and suggestions.
The company's management goal of creating an information environment (digital twin) for collecting and analyzing ideas and suggestions from company employees and third parties has been fully achieved.
Currently, the Idea Factory supports three languages:
1. Russian - Russian
2.1. Kazakh - Kazakh (Cyrillic)
2.2. Qazaq - Kazakh (Latin)
3. English - English
The uniqueness of the project
During the project's implementation, the system's name, "Idea Factory," was coined. Initially, "Idea Factory" was developed using the following releases:
1. "1C:Enterprise 8.3" (version 8.3.25.1546);
2. "1C:Standard Subsystems Library" (version 3.1.9.323);
3. "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Kazakhstan" (version 2.4.4.115).
By the time the system was launched into pilot production, it had been fully migrated to the following releases:
1. "1C:Enterprise 8.5" (version 8.5.1.189);
2. "1C:Standard Subsystems Library" (version 3.1.10.403);
3. "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Kazakhstan" (version 2.4.5.9).
The integration between "1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 for Kazakhstan" and the "Idea Factory" software product is based on microservices. Specifically, two-step authorization in the system:
1. Classic authorization in the "1C:Enterprise" system (usually under the "Idea Applicant" username)
2. In the second step, employees can enter their IIN, and the system will automatically fill in all the required fields in the "Idea/Proposal" document.
Currently, "Idea Factory" supports three languages:
1. Russian - Russian
2.1. Kazakh - Kazakh (Cyrillic)
2.2. Qazaq - Kazakh (Latin)

The project covered employees from all company departments. Additionally, anyone with access to the guest Wi-Fi subnet on company premises can submit their suggestions or ideas for consideration.
According to the internal information security policy, the system is accessible only from a few subnets deployed throughout the organization.

This project is the first in the Republic of Kazakhstan implemented on the 1C:Enterprise 8.5 technology platform. 1C:Enterprise 8.3 CORP licenses were used. The project utilizes two software products:
1. 1C:ERP Human Resources Management for Kazakhstan (1C:ERP)
2. Idea Factory based on 1C: Standard Subsystems Library (Idea Factory) Idea Factory was developed essentially from scratch using 1C:SSL.
Additional subsystems were developed: "Authorization," "Initiator Workstation," "Administrator Workstation," and "Analyst Workstation.
"The "Authorization" module is based on microservice interaction between the two systems: 1C:ERP and Idea Factory.
