Agent for Stories & Knowledge (A.S.K) is LTIMindtree’s AI-powered digital assistant, purpose-built to transform sales and presales operations through experience-driven intelligence. In a landscape where AI tools can instantly generate frameworks and generic content, A.S.K differentiates itself by surfacing authentic, execution-backed insights—case studies, proposals, and capability decks—from LTIMindtree’s internal knowledge ecosystem. This strategic focus on lived experience enables sales teams to engage clients with credibility, relevance, and speed.
A.S.K is embedded within LTIMindtree’s Knowledge Hub (KHub) and connects to over 35 internal repositories including Nalanda, Keystone, DA Hub, LDM Digital Storefront, and DUSL. It enables intelligent search across these sources, governed by user-level access permissions, ensuring secure and contextual retrieval of content such as past proposals, technical artefacts, and training materials.
One of A.S.K’s standout features is its Copilot for Proposal Drafting, which analyzes incoming RFPs, extracts key requirements, and suggests tailored responses based on industry, geography, and client context. It also provides source citations for traceability, ensuring alignment with LTIMindtree’s value propositions and compliance standards.
A.S.K promotes case study harvesting, encouraging teams to document and share real-world problem-solving experiences. These stories become strategic assets that build trust and demonstrate domain expertise during client conversations. Unlike generic AI tools, A.S.K is grounded in LTIMindtree’s internal executional knowledge, making every pitch more authentic and compelling.
The project was built using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Admin Center, and SharePoint Online, with secure integration via Microsoft Graph API and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID). It leverages Microsoft Purview for compliance enforcement and Microsoft Defender for endpoint security. The solution is hosted in LTIMindtree’s Microsoft 365 SaaS environment and accessed via secure enterprise networks and user devices.
A.S.K supports persona-based workflows, enabling collaboration between sales, presales, and KM champions. It includes automated access requests, contributor approval flows, and dashboards to track knowledge contributions and usage metrics. Audit logs and conditional access policies ensure enterprise-grade governance and compliance.
