Goals
The Lex project aims to build an intelligent ecosystem that integrates sales, energy management, and communication for Alexandria Energia and its partners. Through a unified platform — combining web dashboards, mobile apps, and automation services — Lex enables transparent tracking of energy invoices, commissions, and referrals. The goal is to empower agents and clients with real-time insights, automated billing, and AI-assisted communication, ensuring operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and a seamless experience across all business layers.
Project Results
Lex has successfully transformed how Alexandria Energia and its partners manage operations, finance, and communication. The platform now automates more than 90% of invoice processing and commission distribution, reducing manual errors and administrative workload by over 70%. Through its AI-powered WhatsApp integration, customer response time dropped from hours to minutes, increasing client satisfaction and engagement. Over 150,000 invoices and partner transactions are processed monthly, with full transparency across all hierarchical levels. Lex has proven its scalability, reliability, and measurable impact on efficiency, financial accuracy, and partner growth.
We have over 40k people earning money by using the Lex App and over 80k clients receiving clean and cheapper energy.

The uniqueness of the project

Lex stands out by combining intelligent automation, financial accuracy, and renewable energy management in a single platform. Unlike conventional CRMs or billing systems, Lex unifies the operational, financial, and communication layers of the energy business. It integrates real-time invoice processing, commission tracking, partner hierarchies, and AI-powered customer interaction through WhatsApp and web dashboards. This unique convergence of automation, transparency, and distributed network management transforms how energy companies and partners collaborate, ensuring scalability, trust, and measurable performance.
Used software
Aws, React, React Native, Liveness Proof, Bank Integration, ERP inhouse development using React and Node.js.
Difficulty of implementation
Implementing Lex required overcoming significant technical and operational challenges. The platform had to integrate multiple complex systems — including billing from energy distributors, commission hierarchies, and AI-based communication — into a single, consistent infrastructure. Synchronizing real-time data from different energy sources demanded advanced database optimization and automation workflows. Additionally, building an intelligent hierarchy system capable of calculating commissions dynamically across thousands of users required complex recursive logic and performance tuning. Ensuring scalability, security, and data integrity across cloud environments made the implementation one of high technical sophistication.
Project Description
Lex is an integrated technology ecosystem developed to optimize how renewable energy companies, partners, and clients interact, measure results, and generate value. Designed initially for Alexandria Energia, Lex unifies operational, financial, and communication processes into one intelligent platform — combining data automation, performance analytics, and AI-driven customer interaction. At its core, Lex connects multiple layers of the energy business:
  • Operational Layer: Tracks the full sales and billing lifecycle — from contract generation to invoice issuance and energy injection validation — with real-time synchronization between generation plants, distributors, and client accounts.

  • Financial Layer: Automates commission management, payments, and revenue distribution through hierarchical partner structures, allowing complete transparency across sales networks and enabling customized commission plans per agent or region.

  • Communication Layer: Integrates directly with WhatsApp Business API and web dashboards to provide AI-assisted messaging, automated billing notifications, and dynamic customer support, reducing friction between clients and partners.

Lex is built upon a modular architecture using Node.js (Fastify), PostgreSQL, and React/React Native applications. It also leverages Node-RED and n8n for workflow orchestration, enabling automation of tasks such as invoice parsing, data validation, and report generation. The platform’s intelligence layer uses AI models for natural-language interaction and data extraction, ensuring smarter decisions and streamlined operations. The project’s purpose is to empower both agents and end clients with clarity, automation, and autonomy. Lex transforms traditionally fragmented energy workflows into a single source of truth — connecting data from invoices, commissions, and customer interactions in a transparent, auditable, and scalable way.In essence, Lex is not just a CRM or a billing system; it’s an end-to-end operational infrastructure for the clean energy sector, designed to scale with new markets, integrate with partner ecosystems, and promote trust through data-driven transparency.
Project geography
Lex currently operates across multiple regions of Brazil, supporting Alexandria Energia’s partner network and clients in both urban and rural areas. The platform manages operations in more than 15 Brazilian states, covering thousands of distributed generation units connected to different energy concessionaires. Its architecture was designed for scalability, allowing deployment in new territories and integration with international renewable energy markets. With cloud infrastructure and multilingual support, Lex can easily expand beyond Brazil, serving as a model for digital transformation in distributed energy management across Latin America and other emerging markets.
