Goals
  • Automate business processes in the shortest possible time when launching your own distribution in Uzbekistan.
  • Automate business processes for labeling alcoholic beverages in the shortest possible time.
  • Absolute leadership in the sale of strong alcohol on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 1 year.

The uniqueness of the project

The strategic goal of our holding in 2030 is to be the absolute leader in the world (now the second) in the sale (in liters) of strong alcohol, and therefore our holding is actively opening business in new countries.

This is the 2nd such project for our holding, the launch dates are as short as possible (one month), having the experience of the previous business opening in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the project team used all their accumulated experience to achieve this goal.

As in the previous project, our holding became a pioneer in the legalization of alcohol turnover in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan with active participation in integration with the TURON CRPT (an analogue of the Honest Sign in the Russian Federation).
Used software

  5. Microsoft SQL Server Software;
  6. Microsoft Windows Server Operating System
  7. VMware Virtualization System

Difficulty of implementation
  1. Limited time (1 month) for preparation and elaboration of business processes for automation of own distribution in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  2. The complexity of the project was increased by the fact that at the same time there was a parallel opening of 5 new offices in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the alignment of business processes to the local realities of business;
  3. Lack of knowledge and practical experience of distribution employees when working with 1C: ERP;
  4. Starting from December 1, 2021, labeling of alcoholic beverages and accounting of labeled products in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  5. The implementation was complicated by the fact that only aggregated labeling comes from the EDO, and for acceptance and shipment it is necessary to obtain a disaggregation from the TURON CRPT
