During our interactive master class, Zoltan told about:

  • The most important facts of ‘Happiness studies’ and what is the ‘Science of Flow’.
  • First-hand tips and principles of how to find Flow and how it is useful for improving the effectiveness of work, and organizational output.
  • Clear definition of the most important 29 leadership skills, which lay the foundation of the effective Flow-promoting leadership.
  • Involvement in sample leadership decision dilemma scenes of courtesy of FLIGBY digital simulation, a serious game for executives.

My profession, the role of CIO, unfortunately means that sometimes I come to a company to replace another CIO. Presumably, the previous CIO did not suit the company, and they decided to replace him or her.
