Meeting of the "Top 100 IT Leaders" club in Almaty
Heads of IT of a number of the largest companies of Kazakhstan made speeches at the meeting:
- Anton Musin, Chief Managing Director for IT and Innovation at Halyk Bank, raised the issue of finding and retaining IT specialists with the existing shortage of personnel;
- Ilya Stekolnikov, Information Technology Director at Kolesa.kz, told about the IT structure in their company and what is the advantage of turquoise organizations;
- Vladislav Kubrikov, Chief Technical Officer of First Credit Bureau LLP, presented a retrospective of the digital transformation of the PCB over the past 10 years;
- Sergey Karakhanov, Head of the Department of Technology Support of DB Sberbank JSC, told how to build the most reliable infrastructure and what pitfalls await along the way.
The evening ended with heated discussions of current IT issues in an informal atmosphere of a friendly dinner.
