EPS Ventures to Help Attract Malaysian Companies to Uzbekistan

Representatives of IT Park Uzbekistan, headed by Deputy Director General Jahongir Rajabov, held a meeting with the director of the Malaysian company EPS Ventures Matthew Barsing. This company has ambitious plans to expand its presence in Uzbekistan. The purpose of the meeting was to combine efforts in increasing the volume of IT services exports and attracting foreign capital to the region.

Representatives of the Malaysian company, led by Matthew Barsing, discussed strategic areas of cooperation and plans for the future with their Uzbek colleagues. Particular attention was paid to initiatives to employ young specialists who speak foreign languages. The company's plans include active participation in educational programs and support for IT talent in the region.

Malaysia is currently a strategic partner of Uzbekistan, especially in the field of information technology. The meeting discussed plans to attract leading Malaysian IT and outsourcing companies to the Syrdarya region, which will provide employment for young people and increase the volume of regional exports. Matthew Barsing emphasized the importance of this cooperation for the development of the region.

An agreement was also reached to hold the Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference forum in Malaysia in the fourth quarter of this year, which will attract more than 100 companies in the field of outsourcing, Fintech and AI.

Uzbekistan is actively working to improve the investment climate and offers various benefits and programs to support business. The country ranks first in the international safety index, making it attractive to investors and tourists.
