The Colombian telecom operator Fontumi is implementing a cloud platform for expanding telephony capabilities developed by HOTLEAD of the Far Eastern High Technology Foundation.

The platform opens access to new services and services, including a CRM system with great functionality for small and medium-sized businesses, cloud telephony, automation of responses using a voice or chatbot, number substitution on the website depending on the traffic source and the client's location, and a "callback" widget.
