Birth registration will be handled by medical institutions. They will issue certificates to parents of infants that the birth status is recorded in the registry office. From January 1, 2023, a new birth registration procedure will be introduced in Tashkent, and from June 1 of the same year, throughout the country. A certificate with a QR code is equivalent to a stamp birth certificate and state bodies and organizations do not have the right to refuse to accept it.
